Bulcock Beach

Bulcock Beach is a sheltered sandy beach on the Pumicestone Passage inside the former Caloundra bar. Sand movement has closed the channel and given the shoreline a bay-like form, so the setting is better suited to calm coastal recreation and views than to open-ocean surf. Along the esplanade, visitors will find a boardwalk, picnic areas, barbecues, seating, beach showers, toilets and marked beach access points. Parking at the eastern end makes Bulcock Beach convenient for a relaxed short walk or an easy day beside the water.
