Golden Beach
- Family friendly
Golden Beach is a long foreshore on the Pumicestone Passage at Caloundra, stretching from Bulcock Beach to the mouth of Bells Creek. Bribie Island helps shelter it from ocean swell, so the passage is used for fishing, boating, windsurfing and swimming in calmer conditions. Picnic areas, playgrounds, public amenities and boat ramps are spaced along the foreshore. Its sandy shoreline and open passage views make Golden Beach a practical stop for families, walkers and visitors heading onto the water; check local signs and conditions before swimming.
