Nine Mile Beach
- Surf spot
Nine Mile Beach is a long sandy shore near Swansea and Dolphin Sands on the northern side of Great Oyster Bay. Access is available from both ends and at points along Dolphin Sands Road, making it useful for long walks, swimming, fishing and surfing. Its dune-backed sand spit sits beside the Moulting Lagoon and Great Swanport wetlands, giving the coast an open, natural character. Parking is limited at some access points, and motorised vehicles are not permitted on the beach.
