Dunalley Beach

Dunalley Beach is a gently sloping sandy shore on Norfolk Bay, close to the settlement of Dunalley. It is readily reached from the Arthur Highway, with nearby parking at the southern end. Receding tides reveal broad shallow flats that are useful for shoreline walks and observing foraging shorebirds. Swimming, fishing, kayaking and sailing are established activities in the wider area, but the shallow tidal setting means water entry should be planned around local conditions.
