About this beach
Hin Wong Bay is a rocky bay on Koh Tao’s east coast with only a small beach tucked among large boulders. Its clear water and underwater pinnacles covered in coral and anemones make it a well-known snorkelling spot, where schools of sardines chased by trevally can be seen in the shallows. A wide concrete road ends in a very steep descent, and an entry fee is charged to reach the small beach.
