Hat Son is a long, straight beach on the Bang Saphan Noi coast, running for about 4 km north from the mouth of Khlong Bang Saphan Noi. Resorts, bungalows and eateries sit behind the shore, and piers near its northern end serve the boats heading out to the island of Ko Talu. The beach faces east, and waves can build during the monsoon.
