About this beach
Ao Thian is a small cove on the Bang Saphan coast, just south of Bo Thong Lang Bay and separated from it by the grounds of Wat Bo Thong Lang. A short curve of sand lies between two small wooded points, and a small wooded islet stands in the middle of the cove; the rocks along the shore draw people who come to fish. The water is a bright blue, and restaurants sit along the shore.
