About this beach
Xiglu is the name given to a small section of Barro beach: just 30 m long and 12 m wide, a strip of sand mixed with cobbles and rock. It sits in an urban setting and draws a lot of visitors. The sea is exposed to strong swell and wind, and the surroundings are a protected landscape.
