La Huelga is a small beach at the mouth of the River San Cecilio near the village of Hontoria, in the Llanes area. The surface mixes sand, rounded stones and rock. The setting is isolated, swell is moderate and the wind blows often. It lies within a Protected Landscape and Natura area.
