Vancouver Beach
Vancouver Beach lies on the Barker Bay side of Albany’s Vancouver Peninsula and is reached as part of the Point Possession heritage walk. The trail descends over granite and steps to a sandy shore, then returns via the harbour-side Bramble Beach, making the cove a rewarding stop on a coastal loop. This side of the peninsula is more exposed to the ocean, so take care on wet rocks and in changing conditions. A car park and toilet are available at the trailhead.
