Salmon Holes
Salmon Holes is a striking ocean beach in Torndirrup National Park near Albany, set at the western end of Isthmus Bay. The bay is enclosed by steep granite slopes and coastal heath, with a lookout overlooking the shore and a stairway leading down to the sand. It is particularly known for beach fishing, and the site has road access, a lookout and a parking area with about 12 vehicle bays. There are no toilets at Salmon Holes, while powerful rips, undertows and sudden large waves mean visitors should assess conditions carefully before entering the water.
