Kilcarnup Beach
- Surf spot
Kilcarnup Beach is a sandy, more secluded stretch of the Margaret River coast on the Cape to Cape route, with access through four-wheel-drive tracks from Kilcarnup Road. The Joey's Nose section is known for fishing, shallow nearshore waves and surf opportunities, including a larger reef peak farther offshore. The final approach is off-road and sandy, so suitable preparation and attention to tides are important. Because this is an isolated coast with changing ocean conditions, swimming is not always suitable.
