Ko Nom Sao is a small wooded island off the Laem Sing coast, named for its distinctive shape. Steep cliffs drop on the south side, while the north side has a small beach fronted by a coral reef suited to snorkelling. Much of the shoreline is rocky. It is reached by hired boat from Laem Sing, and there is no accommodation or food on the island.
