Tagon Beach
Tagon Beach is a remote, sandy shoreline of about two kilometres in the Thomas River area of Cape Arid National Park. Access involves soft-sand tracks suited to high-clearance four-wheel-drive vehicles, while a coastal walking approach of about four kilometres begins near Yokinup Bay. The area is useful for beach and rock fishing, but swimming is not recommended because the bay is exposed and commonly receives large swells, often above 1.5 metres. It is best suited to well-prepared drivers or hikers.
