Port Beach
- Family friendly
- Surf spot
Port Beach is a broad sandy ocean beach on the North Fremantle coast, close to Fremantle and easy to reach via Port Beach Road. The beach precinct provides car parking, public toilets, showers, a cafe and an enclosed playground. Calmer days suit swimming, paddling and relaxed time on the sand, while stronger wind and swell bring surfers to the area. It combines well with a Fremantle coastal outing, though visitors should assess the day’s surf and current conditions before entering the water.
