Aldridge Cove
Aldridge Cove is a remote sandy coastal cove on the Southern Ocean within the Nuyts Wilderness of Walpole-Nornalup National Park. It is reached from Mount Clare by a demanding 21-kilometre return walk, including a final section across dense heath dunes, so visitors should not expect vehicle access to the beach. The cove is framed by steep granite cliffs and has limited tent sites, but no general facilities, toilets, bins or shelters; carry all water and food. This exposed coast can have large unpredictable waves and swells, slippery rocks and strong currents, making it a destination for experienced, well-prepared walkers.
