About this beach
Pai Plong Beach is a quiet, secluded sandy cove around the headland at the south-eastern end of Ao Nang Beach, enclosed by wooded cliffs. It is reached in about 10 to 15 minutes along an elevated wooden walkway from the end of Ao Nang Beach, steep in places. The cove is small, and at high tide only about five metres of sand remain.
