Sa Trinxa
Sa Trinxa is a relaxed chiringuito and beach restaurant that has operated on the sands of Ses Salines since 1980 and is closely associated with Ibiza's music culture. Food and drinks at waterside tables create an experience more informal and directly connected to the beach than the island's large luxury clubs. DJ sessions are not held under natural-park rules, so current music arrangements, seasonal hours and table conditions should be checked before visiting.
