About this beach
Rodiles is a broad sandy beach about 1.1 km long beside the Villaviciosa estuary, set in a protected natural area. A stand of pine and eucalyptus trees backs part of it. The sea often carries strong swell and the wind is frequent, giving the beach an open, exposed feel despite its semi-urban surroundings.
