Lourido is a semi-urban sandy beach at the mouth of the River Lerez, the last beach of the Ría de Pontevedra. It is about 700 m long but only around 10 m wide, with vegetation along its edge. The water is calm, and access on foot or by car is easy. It is also known as Polvorín.
