About this beach

Los Quebrantos is a wide dark-sand beach at Soto del Barco, about 810 m long and 100 m wide, joined to the Playón de Bayas, with the Nalón river reaching the sea at its western end. It has a semi-urban setting and attracts many visitors. Swell is strong, and the area is covered by Natura 2000 protection (SPA and SCI).
