Los Lances Sur is a sandy beach of about 2.65 km and 120 m beside Tarifa town. The prevailing wind makes it excellent for kitesurfing and windsurfing, with moderate swell. Its semi-urban surroundings fall within a natural park, and it can be reached on foot or by car.
