La Galera is a very small strip of shore in an urban part of the Cartagena coast, about 20 m long and 6 m wide. The ground is highly irregular, with stones mixed with grey sand and gravel. Waves are moderate to strong, and only a small number of bathers come. Access is on foot, by car or by boat.
