About this beach
Hondarribia is a sandy beach about 700 m long and 230 m wide, southeast of Cape Higer and northwest of the mouth of the Bidasoa estuary. A breakwater running north to south helped it form, and the water is calm. It sits in a semi-urban setting and can be reached on foot, by car or by boat.
