El Cochino is a small beach of golden sand, 250 metres long and about 20 metres wide, on the San Bartolomé de Tirajana coast near San Agustín. The setting is semi-urban, and it is reached on foot or by car. The water is generally calm, and Las Burras beach is a few hundred metres away.
