Cala de la Media Luna is a small sand cove inside the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park, about 185 m long and 37 m wide. The surroundings are isolated and undeveloped, it faces south and the water is typically calm. It is reached by car or an easy walk and is much frequented by bathers.
