About this beach
Baldaio is a broad sand beach in Carballo, about 4 km long and up to 200 m wide, set inside the natural surroundings of the Baldaio marshes. It lies away from built-up areas. Surf ranges from moderate to strong, access is easy on foot or by car, and the area is part of the Natura 2000 network.
