About this beach
Amió is a wide beach of golden sand and cobbles in Val de San Vicente, about 600 m long and 50 m across. The surroundings are undeveloped, the wind is strong and the swell moderate. The beach is part of the Western Estuaries and Oyambre Dune protected area.
