About this beach
A Lanzada is a 2.4 km sand beach in O Grove, about 70 m wide and the longest in the area. The sand is white and the setting is isolated, with vegetation behind it. It is exposed to strong waves and the prevailing wind. Access is on foot, by car or by boat, within a Natura 2000 natural area.
