Native Dog Beach

Native Dog Beach near Bremer Bay is a 300-metre, southwest-facing sandy surf beach. It is framed by a high headland to the south and a rugged rock platform to the north, while the exposed surf zone can carry strong waves and permanent rips near the headlands. The access road is suitable for two-wheel-drive vehicles, with parking, a lookout and a toilet on the rocky headland. Surfing and fishing are established local activities, but the strong rip makes this a poor choice for inexperienced swimmers or surfers.
