Mosman Beach
- Surf spot
Mosman Beach is a roughly 600-metre sandy stretch of Perth coastline between South Cottesloe Beach and Leighton Beach. Its distinctive feature is an artificial surf reef created for surfers, giving the beach a more active local character than a simple swimming shore. It is also a designated dog exercise area, so visitors should expect shared use of the sand and foreshore. Ongoing dune revegetation and erosion-control work supports the coastal landscape behind the beach.
