Mettams Pool
Mettams Pool is a small, natural-looking ocean cove on the North Beach coast north of Perth, near West Coast Drive. Its sandy beach meets limestone reef and a sheltered swimming area that is used for swimming and snorkelling in calmer conditions. The site lies within Marmion Marine Park and has a shared coastal path, viewing areas, beach and water-access ramps, nearby parking, and public toilet and changeroom facilities. Coastal erosion can reduce the beach and alter access, while exposed rocks may be hazardous underfoot; assess the waves and entry conditions before going in.
