Boat Harbor Beach

Boat Harbor Beach is a small coastal cove in Deep Creek National Park, where Boat Harbor Creek reaches the Southern Ocean at the end of a deep V-shaped valley. The sandy beach is backed by a high-tide and storm cobble ridge, with rocky coves and headlands nearby. The Boat Harbor Road car park is accessible only by 4WD, and reaching the shore involves a steep trail with rocky sections and a rock scramble. Boat Harbor Beach is best suited to coastal walking, scenery and shoreline exploration rather than developed beach facilities.
